Brian Moylett is a mindset and performance coach, author, and speaker working at the intersection of elite sport and human development.

A former Ireland underage rugby international and captain of the Connacht U20 team that won the Grand Slam, Brian brings lived experience at the highest level. He combines that with serious academic rigour — holding a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA, and currently completing a Masters in Sports and Performance Psychology.

His bestselling book became the definitive guide for aspiring professional rugby players. As host of The Brian Moylett Podcast and a committed ultra marathon runner, he continues to practise what he teaches.
